Biden Govt. Shammed by Locals over Border Policies after Illegal Immigrant Kidnapped and Abused Teen Girl in Florida

On May 11, 2024, a Florida sheriff had criticized the Biden administration for how it handled immigration policies. The sheriff used the case of Marvin Dionel Perez Lopez, a 20-year-old illegal immigrant who was charged with horrible crimes like kidnapping and sexual assault of a child under 12 years old, to make his point.

Due to Lopez’s legal situation, the sheriff said that the administration’s policies have made Americans “victims.”

Lopez is in the Palm Beach County jail right now without bond.

A man from Guatemala named Marvin Dionel Perez Lopez is accused of robbing and sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl in Lake Worth, Florida.

The claimed event happened when Lopez, who came to the US illegally in January, grabbed the child and pushed her into his van.

Lopez was caught by Border Patrol but was let back into the country with a court date in the future. This meant he could walk freely until he was caught for this horrible crime.

When the girl’s mother found out her daughter, 11, wasn’t there, she got scared and started looking for her.

She quickly found the van parked next to their apartment block and saw Lopez with her daughter inside.

The mother yelled and banged on the van door furiously, which made Lopez run away from the scene.

Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office says the mother then went to Lopez’s house and he reportedly begged her to forgive him.

After that, she called the police, who arrested Lopez and charged him with kidnapping and sexual abuse.

Lopez tried to avoid being questioned by police by jumping out of a window and into an alley, but he was caught in the end.

After the 11-year-old girl turned him down, he reportedly sexually assaulted her by forcing himself on her.

Nicole Bishop, who is in charge of victim services in Palm Beach County, spoke out about what happened.

“S*xual assault is far more prevalent in our community than we would like to believe.”

Biden’s Brief Reply to Debate with Trump: “Anywhere, Anytime, Anyplace”

“Raped by a stranger happens much less often than by a friend or acquaintance.” Most of the time, it’s someone the person knows.

“Here’s a Guatemalan, who came into the country illegally was stopped by the border people released, and made his way to South Florida.”

Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw said, “And now he commits a crime by holding an 11-year-old girl against her will and sexually assaulting her.”

“We grabbed him. He has admitted to the crime. He will be tried for a deadly crime before he even thinks about being sent back to his home country.

Bradshaw went on, “He’s going to do his time here first.” “The federal government is victimising the people who live in this country by letting these people in here.”
