Walmart Horror: Woman Assaulted with Sock Full of Rocks, Robbed of iPhone and $900 Bag

A woman from Tennessee who was charged with aggravated assault at Walmart and who had previously starred in a reality show on Bravo is currently free on bond until further notice.

Following an incident that took place inside a Walmart Supercenter in Antioch, which is a suburb of Nashville, Diamond Tankard, age 21, was taken into custody on Saturday and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon as well as theft due to the event. The arrest complaint that was examined stated that Tankard was captured on surveillance cameras inside the store on Friday, reportedly assaulting another woman who was waiting in line to pay for her purchase through the checkout counter. Tankard allegedly used a “sock filled with rocks” as a weapon, according to the grandmother of the alleged victim, who was present during the argument and reported it to the police.

According to the affidavit, the police arrived to the Walmart after the assault was claimed to have occurred there. Tankard allegedly “came from behind” the victim when she was at the self-checkout portion of the store, “grabbed her by the hair, and began to assault her,” according to the police. The victim made these allegations. Following what appears to be an assault, Tankard is said to have taken the woman’s iPhone, which is valued at $1,500, as well as her Louis Vuitton handbag, which is valued at $900.

There was a clear laceration on the woman’s forehead, which was located over her left eye, according to the police. According to the woman’s grandmother, Tankard allegedly struck her granddaughter with a “sock filled with rocks.” This information was provided to the police.

Tankard, who was a youngster when he appeared on the reality show “Thicker Than Water” on Bravo, was identified when the police studied the camera footage of the business, which was provided by the employees. It has been stated that she was saw “collecting items from the ground,” which the police suspected to be the items that had been taken. After that, Tankard stormed out of the business.

Stitches were administered to the victim when she was transported to the hospital.

Tankard was brought into jail on Saturday after being detained by the Metro Nashville Police Department. He is being charged with theft and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Her bond was posted on the same day, which was $25,000. It is anticipated that she will appear in court on August 22.
