TIFTON, GA – Tifton Police Department officers recently made a significant drug seizure after stopping a vehicle on I-75 South, recovering over 400 pounds of marijuana during a routine traffic stop on Wednesday, Sept. 10.

According to a release from the Tifton Police Department (TPD), the traffic stop prompted a roadside investigation that uncovered 464 pounds of marijuana in the vehicle’s truck.
