A woman who was going through town and stopped to use the bathroom in the park found him.

A warrant was issued for Eduardo Manuel “Manny” Hernandez by the Nueces County Sheriff’s Office. He was arrested at his parents’ house in Corpus Christi at 4:20 p.m. on July 25 by the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force and the warrants section of the sheriff’s office.

On July 25, he was taken to the Nueces County Jail on a $1 million bond.
