According to the complaint that was filed in Marion County, Indiana, the claims started to come to light in the fall of last year after the parents of the seven-year-old kid came home feeling unhappy and distressed. They reported that their son had been subjected to abuse, bullying, and harassment in his second-grade classroom at George Washington Carver School for the seventh grade in Indianapolis.

According to the allegations made in the lawsuit, the kid was assaulted by other pupils as their teacher watched and encouraged the fights that were taking place. The teacher recorded at least one of the assaults on his iPhone. During the time that she brought up her son’s problems, the mother stated that the teacher and school officials did not take her worries seriously. It was only until the boy’s teacher accidentally pulled up a video of one of the assaults on his cellphone during a parent-teacher conference that the mother became aware of the assaults. According to the documents filed in the court, the mother never knew about the assaults.
