Is it really useful?
Of course! This fascinating futuristic paint it is very helpful to keep your house warmer or closer depending on the temperature it is outside. What’s more, you won’t need to use any electronic devices that consume so much energy and make you waste a lot of money, because the temperature in your house will change thanks to this new paint. It is estimated the energy consumed could be reduced up to 25%.
Take this example, a white house can lower 12ºF of its temperature inside and a black one can increase around 7ºF. So, this would make a difference on our houses temperature with no need for technology use.
But… this is not as simple as it seems
Every process has its problems and this smart paint was not to be an exception. This paint must be resistant and durable because this invention is made for avoiding painting the exterior of houses every single year or painting them as least as possible. So, if with this new paint you will still have to paint your house every year or every two years, the amount of money you have saved by not using electronic devices will have been for nothing. Why? Because it is estimated that painting the exterior of a house costs between $1.50 and $4 per square foot, which is not cheap.
