Meridian, ID — Raising Cane’s, the popular chicken finger chain, is set to open its first Idaho location in Meridian this November. The fast food giant has been building the location for the past year and a half, and locals can finally get their hands on the famous Caniac Combo starting on November 18, 2025.
According to a company news release, the restaurant will open at 2712 N. Eagle Rd. in Meridian, marking the brand’s 43rd state.
“We couldn’t be more excited to finally bring Raising Cane’s to Idaho,” said Nathan Mark, restaurant leader. “Meridian will be the first stop in the Gem State where fans can experience our one love – craveable chicken finger meals – just in time for the holiday season.”
Idaho’s First Raising Cane’s
The Louisiana-based company, known for its chicken fingers, Texas toast, and Cane’s sauce, has been planning its arrival in Idaho since permits were first filed in April 2024, as reported by BoiseDev.
Along with its signature menu items, Raising Cane’s also offers iced tea, lemonade, sandwiches, and tailgate-style catering options.
The opening of this location will bring the 900+ restaurant chain to its 43rd state in the U.S., continuing its national expansion.
Hiring for the New Location
The restaurant plans to begin its hiring process on October 20. Interested applicants can submit their applications online or in person at the restaurant location.
“We’re looking forward to hiring a great crew, serving our new neighbors, and creating a place where the community can come together over the best chicken fingers around,” said Mark.
What’s on the Menu?
As with all Raising Cane’s locations, the menu will feature the signature chicken fingers, Texas toast, Cane’s sauce, and various sides. Customers can also enjoy refreshing iced tea and lemonade as part of their meal.
“Raising Cane’s is known for its quality and simplicity, and we’re excited to share that with the Meridian community,” the company stated in their release.
For those interested in catering, Raising Cane’s also offers tailgate-style options for large gatherings or events.
