NEW YORK, N.Y.— Police have shared a picture of the person they say punched an 89-year-old woman in the face on a Manhattan street without reason.
The person who was killed is D’yan Forest, who is the oldest female comic still working in the world. Police say Forest got hit in the face while walking to the gym around 9 a.m. on Wednesday near Seventh Avenue and West 11 Street A.
When the strike was over, Forest hurt her left eye and fell to the ground. It is said that the suspect ran away and toward Greenwich Avenue and West 11th Street.
First responders took the victim to a nearby hospital to get care.
The suspect was last seen wearing a tank top shirt with a Jurassic Park logo in the middle, according to the police.
