DENVER: Police showed FOX31 a video of a suspect damaging a car under a garage. They are now asking the public to help them find the suspect.
The suspect in criminal mischief broke into “numerous vehicles” between July 24 and July 25. This was reported by the Denver Police Department and Metro Denver Crime Stoppers.
From the video, we can see the suspect hitting the driver-side window and mirror of a car parked under a carport over and over with something we don’t know.
Police say the suspect wrecked cars in the area around the 9000 block of East Mansfield Avenue, which is in the Hampden South neighborhood.
Anyone with knowledge about the crime or the suspect should call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867 or fill out an online tip form. People who give information can stay private and could get a reward of up to $2,000 for their help.
