Overnight, cloud cover will increase, with temperatures settling into the mid to upper 60s by sunrise.

For students returning to school, Monday morning is expected to be mostly dry and pleasant, with only a chance of a light rain shower across the Eastern Shore before 8 a.m.

Cooler, Drier Air Moves In

A cold front shifting south of Maryland Monday afternoon will bring cooler and drier air for the start of the workweek. Afternoon highs are expected to reach the upper 70s to low 80s from Tuesday through Friday, with morning temperatures in the 50s to lower 60s.

Sunshine will be abundant throughout the week, and humidity levels will remain low, making for ideal conditions for outdoor activities and commuting WBAL-TV.
