Priceville, AL – A routine traffic stop on Interstate 65 early Monday morning led to the arrest of a 58-year-old man from Florida after police discovered drugs, cash, and weapons in his vehicle. The arrest took place near mile marker 333 at 2:15 a.m., according to Priceville Police.

The driver, identified as Steven Michael Ramsey from Ebro, Florida, was pulled over by officers during a routine traffic stop. During a probable cause search, authorities discovered a significant amount of marijuana, synthetic THC concentrate/oil, various drug paraphernalia, and cash inside the vehicle. Police stated that the combination of items found in the vehicle suggested the illegal sale and transportation of narcotics.
Charges and Bond
Ramsey was arrested and transported to the Morgan County Jail, where he faces multiple charges, including Trafficking Dangerous Drugs–Synthetic Narcotics, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana in the First Degree, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He is currently being held on a $135,300 bond.
