In Charlotte, North Carolina, Angie Harmon’s daughter was caught.
Fox News Digital reported that Avery Sehorn was charged with felony burglary and theft on June 6. Angie has a daughter named Avery with her ex-husband, NFL player Jason Sehorn. They also have two children together, Finley, 20, and Emery, 15.
An incident report that Fox News Digital got says that the event took place at 11:30 p.m. at the World Night Club in Charlotte, North Carolina. Sehorn is charged with breaking into the club and taking six $500 worth of booze bottles.
WCCB in the area reports that the club owner says Sehorn was with two 17-year-old boys. The club owner says the group broke in through a back door, hid behind the bar, and drank the alcohol.
The day Avery finished high school was June 2.
Harmon didn’t answer right away when Fox News Digital asked him for a response.
Angie posted a picture of her daughter Avery and two videos from her high school graduation on Instagram earlier this month to celebrate.
“Avery, we are all so proud of you! You have risen above and done great things to shine like the stars!” The description for Harmon said. “Remember to leave every place better than you found it & we are all so excited to see what God has planned for you!”
Harmon made news a few months ago when she said that an Instacart driver shot and killed her dog in March.
Fox News Digital got a copy of court papers that show Harmon sued the driver and Instacart in North Carolina last month for negligence/gross negligence, trespass, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of harm.
The actress asked for a hearing by jury to decide how much money she should be paid, which Harmon said was more than $25,000.
Oliver, Harmon’s dog, was shot and killed over the Easter weekend, not long after a delivery person brought an order to the “Rizzoli & Isles” star’s house.
At the time, Harmon wrote on Instagram, “He got out of his car, brought the food, and THEN shot our dog.” “Our ring camera was charging in the house, which he saw & then knew he wasn’t being recorded.”
The actress said that the delivery driver said he was protected by “self-defense” and was let go by the cops.
“He did not have a scratch or bite on him nor were his pants torn,” she said.
“He was shopping under a woman’s identity named Merle… the pic is on my story,” she said. Harmon sent out a picture of the delivery confirmation that showed a woman.
Harmon said the cops didn’t question the driver until they got to the house and ended the investigation before the dog’s autopsy could be done.
Harmon told “Good Morning America” in an interview that the dog’s autopsy later showed no signs that it had bitten or really hurt anyone.
“It’s so unfathomable to think that there is somebody in your front driveway that just fired a gun,” she stated. “That sound will stay with you forever.”
His words, “Yeah, I shot your dog,” were all he said as he killed our dog in front of my girls and me at home. “Yeah, I did,” she said. “We are completely traumatized & beyond devastated at the loss of our beloved boy & family member.”
