The police are looking for an American teen who went missing while on a Caribbean Princess trip that stopped in Germany.
Rostock Police say that 14-year-old Aydin Brown was last seen getting off of the Caribbean Princess cruise ship soon after it arrived at the port of Warnemünde on July 4.
Fox News Digital was told by Caribbean Princess that they are working with the cops in the area to find Brown.
“We are working together with German police to find a 14-year-old boy who went missing after getting off the Caribbean Princess in Warnemunde on Thursday morning without a chaperone.”
“My worst nightmare keeps playing out.” Aydin is still lost. A cousin of Brown’s wrote on social media, “It looks like he may have been dragged away after getting off the ship in Warnemunde, Germany.”
Rostock police are now using a picture from a security camera to look for the witness who, according to earlier investigations, was seen out and about with the missing teen on Thursday morning before he went missing.
Brown was last seen in Warnemünde, which is about two hours away from Berlin.
“My Aunt Anne took her grandson Aydin on a lovely trip through Europe! There were only the two of them. He got off the ship in Germany and hasn’t been seen since about 24 hours ago. In a post, Brown’s cousin Amy Kopischke said something.
There is still no word on whether Brown left the ship by himself or with his grandma. According to police in Rostock, a probe showed that Brown and his grandmother had a fight, which made him leave the ship.
The police want the witness to report right away to the Rostock Criminal Investigation Department.
Meanwhile, the cops are also asking anyone who knows where Brown is to help them.
“Someone who knows the young man or knows where he is should help me find him.” Who saw the missing man and the unknown man at the Warnemünde train stop around 7:30 a.m. on Thursday?” The police in Rostock said in a statement.
The person named Brown is said to be about 5’8″ tall, have brown hair and eyes, and weigh about 220 pounds. He wore a gray sweater with a zipper and dark pants the last time he was seen. He also had a big black bag on that said “AMAZON” on the front of it.
The cruise company said in a statement, “As soon as we learned what was going on, we called the local police, who have been in charge of the search ever since.” “We understand the distress this situation has caused and will continue to provide ongoing on-site support to the family during this challenging time.”
