KWTX, WACO, Texas According to an affidavit, a Waco man was taken into custody after allegedly robbing a group of people on Christmas Eve while they were holding guns.
18-year-old Victor Galvez is accused with aggravated robbery and possessing two ounces or less of marijuana.
According to the affidavit, officers were dispatched to the 3500 block of Fredrick Avenue on December 24 in response to complaints of a gun-wielding domestic disturbance.
According to the affidavit, when authorities arrived on the site, they spoke with the victim, who claimed that a short Hispanic man—later identified as Galvez—had approached him while he and his roommates were outdoors cooking and drinking.
According to the affidavit, the victim claimed that Galvez threatened to kill him and his roommates, pointed a black gun at them, ordered them to kneel, confiscated the victim’s phone, and then left the scene.
