Accused of Raping a New York City Girl After Sneaking Into San Diego From Turkey

Local news sources say that an illegal immigrant from Turkey raped a 15-year-old girl in his car after threatening to beat her with a pipe.

According to the Albany Times-Union, Sakir Akkan, 21, forced the girl into his green Toyota Prius on May 14. He wasn’t caught until June 18.

The paper says that in November 2023, Border Patrol officials arrested him at the U.S.-Mexico border in California and then let him go into the interior. After getting a driver’s license and a car in New Jersey, he moved to Troy, New York.

Later, Albany cops told Fox News that Akkan is not a citizen of the United States.

Reports say that Akkan used a pipe to force the girl into his trunk, took off her clothes, and raped her there, even though she tried to get away.

He was being held in a jail in Albany without bail. He has to go back to court on Thursday afternoon.

Akkan was stopped in another area 12 days before he was arrested for what the court says was a driving violation.

He has said he is not guilty of first-degree rape.

In the past few weeks, illegal aliens have attacked women and young girls across the country, getting a lot of attention.

A 12-year-old girl was kidnapped, her clothes were taken off, and she was strangled to death before her body was dumped in a creek under a bridge in Houston, Texas. Someone else unauthorized is said to have raped one of two 13-year-olds in New York City while they were tied together by the wrists. They were caught driving around with a lost 14-year-old Indiana girl in their SUV and were arrested by police in Missouri.

Rachel Morin, 37, was attacked on a trail in Bel Air, Maryland, on August 5, 2023. Victor Martinez Hernandez, 23, is charged with first-degree murder and rape. Authorities say he came into the U.S. illegally in February 2023. The next month, the home of a woman and her 9-year-old daughter was broken into in Los Angeles.

Former New York Lt. Gov. Betsy McCaughey wrote in a recent opinion piece in the New York Post that the Biden administration’s failure to protect the southern border has caused a “femicide” epidemic in the United States.

“Women are being victimized by migrants, bringing ‘femicide’ to your neighborhood,” she told us.

She wrote that attacks on women are already known to happen in Latin America, with proof all along the migration paths from South America to the border with Mexico in the United States.
