Police in Nashville arrested a former officer Thursday because they say he was in a racy fake traffic stop skit in an OnlyFans video that was made while he was on duty.
Detectives from the Specialized Investigations Division found the tape and identified Sean Herman as the man in it the next day, May 9. He was fired from the Metro Nashville Police Department.
The police said in a news statement that he was arrested at his home on two counts of felony official misconduct.
It is said that Herman, 33, was wearing his uniform and could be seen from the chest down in the film. Police say that during the skit, he “groped the exposed breast of the female driver.”
The video was shot on April 26 in the Madison area in the parking lot of a warehouse. Herman was working as a patrol cop at the time. A police spokesman said on Friday that both the woman in the video and the person who shot it were not working for the cops.
Herman worked for the department for three years. His bond was set at $3,000. Online jail records show that he got out of jail on Friday.
