The FBI needs help from the public to find a guy who is wanted on multiple counts of rape and sexual misconduct.
Nehemiah Garcia, 21, is wanted because he is thought to have raped an 8-year-old girl. The victim was taken against their will and raped by a man at a YMCA in Delaware on June 13. The victim was being led into the showers. Garcia was later found to be the man.
Garcia was charged with two counts of rape in the first degree that caused injury and two counts of dangerous crime against a child under 14 on June 2. On that same day, an arrest warrant was issued for him. He was charged with illegal flight to avoid punishment on July 29, and a federal arrest warrant was issued for Garcia on that same day.
Garcia is 5’9″ tall and black. He is said to have black hair and brown eyes. It says that he has ties to both Philadelphia and Cape Coral, Florida.
