MANOR, TX – Officer Welch and his K-9 partner, Lucky, from the Manor Police Department, made a significant drug bust over the weekend during a routine traffic stop on Sunday, October 5. In addition to the drugs, police also seized 32.5 ounces of edible THC/marijuana products and a handgun.
