California Gets More In-N-Out Love — Is a New Location Headed Your Way

California-based burger chain In-N-Out is expanding again, with four new restaurants planned across the state. According to the company’s official “opening soon” list, new locations are coming to Modesto, Monrovia, Indio, and Sylmar.

The specific addresses for the upcoming restaurants are:

  • Modesto – 3401 Oakdale Road (The Marketplace shopping center)
  • Monrovia – 560 W. Huntington Drive
  • Indio – 82177 Avenue 42
  • Sylmar – 13864 Foothill Boulevard

Two additional stores are also in the works outside of California — one in Ridgefield, Washington, and another in Surprise, Arizona.

The new openings follow a recently launched In-N-Out in Anaheim, located near Disneyland, which opened to significant attention in March.

In-N-Out, known for its loyal fan base, Double-Double burgers, and “animal-style” fries, continues to grow slowly but steadily. The chain remains privately owned and has long resisted franchising, maintaining tight control over its operations and quality.
